LM-S · Synchronized Rotary Series

Load, weigh, mix, transport and pour — one 4WD machine replaces a batching plant crew. Synchronized 270° rotation, bidirectional driving, up to 190 m³ a day.
Every Longmai mixer self-loads aggregates, weighs electronically, meters water automatically and pours while driving. Choose the layout that fits your job sites.

Integrated chassis: higher carrying capacity and anti-torsion rigidity
Purpose-built for canals, kerbs and long strip pours
How much concrete do you pour in a day?
The narrowest machine we build — 2,850 mm. It reaches village roads and courtyards the bigger units cannot enter, and still pours 80–100 m³ a day.
The balanced one: 3,130 mm wide, 110–140 m³ a day. Most contractors land here when the access road is not the limit.
The flagship — 4.5 m³, up to 190 m³ a day, 3,100 mm wide. For high-volume sites where the road is wide enough.
Access under 2.9 m → LM-A3500 · Canals and long walls → LM-F3500
We build in Xuzhou and load one unit into one 40'HQ container — Algiers, Djendjen, Casablanca, Dakar and beyond. Knocked down, braced and documented, so your landed cost is known before you sign.
Every mixer ships knocked down in a single 40'HQ — cab, hopper and chute braced separately, drum loaded last. Loading photos go out with the shipping documents.
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the battery transport certificate are issued with the shipment — not chased after it. HS code 8474390000.
Sealed electricals, raised air intakes, epoxy anti-rust primer and baked topcoat — specified for tropical humidity, heavy rain and coastal salt air.
Spare-parts catalogue by assembly, a full start-up kit, pre-shipment test videos, marketing materials, colour and spec customisation and priority parts dispatch for regional dealers and rental fleets.
Four-wheel drive with dual high-low range climbs 35–40° grades and crawls over mud, sand and rubble.
Synchronized or independent rotation pours a 180° fan — workers place less, machines position once.
Hydraulic load-cell weighing on the bucket, ±0.5% accuracy, prints a ticket per scoop for true mix control.
Set the seconds, press start — the pump stops itself. Self-priming hydraulic pump fills from any pond or tank.
77–91 kW Yuchai engines standard; Cummins, Weichai Deutz and 6-cylinder options on request.
6 blades, 3 spirals, fast charge and continuous discharge, protected by epoxy primer and baked finish.
Roll-over protected frame, wide 92 cm cab, suspension seat, fan and air-conditioning as standard.
Every truck ships with tool box, filters, grease nipples, hoses and spare kit — plus lifetime parts support.
Warranty — 6-month engine and 12-month hydraulic components, counted from commissioning.
Self-load sand and gravel with the front bucket; the on-board scale weighs every scoop.
Pour bagged cement from the hopper; timed water system doses automatically.
Drum rotates while driving — mixing completes within 1 km of travel.
Swing the drum up to 270° and pour a 180° fan exactly where the crew needs it.
A full cycle takes 10–15 minutes — 3 to 5 batches per hour, 80 to 190 m³ per 10-hour day depending on model.

Village roads, estate streets and township pavements poured continuously ahead of the truck.

Irrigation channels, drains and reservoirs — set the drum angle, drive forward evenly.

Bridge piers, factory floors, pile caps and building slabs on sites without batch plants.

Estate roads, drainage, culverts and worker housing on sites far from any batching plant.
Our mixers work across North and West Africa, the Maghreb, the Middle East, Central Asia and South America — 30+ markets since 2002.
