How much concrete do you need — and how long will it take?
Enter your slab, road or floor dimensions and see the volume, then compare it against what each model produces in a 10-hour shift. This is the same calculation our engineers run before recommending a model.
Volume = length × width × thickness. Allow roughly 5–10% extra for waste and uneven ground.

A full cycle takes 10–15 minutes depending on operator skill: 2–3 min self-loading, 4 min timed water, 1–2 min mixing — and the drum keeps mixing while you drive up to 1 km. That is 3–5 batches per hour.

Ten questions to ask any self-loading mixer supplier
Print this page and take it to every quote you collect. A supplier who can answer all ten in writing is a supplier worth buying from.
- 1What is the drum volume, and what is the actual output per batch?
Ask for both numbers. Our drums are tilted 19° so they cannot be filled to the top — the 4.0 m³ model has a 6.8 m³ drum but delivers 3.5–3.8 m³ per batch. A supplier who only quotes the drum figure is hiding something. - 2What is the output over a full working shift?
Ask in m³ per 10-hour day for your specific model, not per hour. Expect 80–100 m³ for 2.6 m³, 110–140 m³ for 3.5 m³, 120–160 m³ for 4.0 m³ and 150–190 m³ for 4.5 m³. - 3Is the water supply automatic and timed?
The system should draw water from any pond or canal via a self-priming pump, then meter it by timer and shut off automatically. Manual filling wastes water and ruins the mix ratio. - 4Is there a weighing system, and what is its accuracy?
The optional electronic hydraulic scale weighs every scoop and prints a ticket — one scoop within ±0.5%. Without it you cannot prove the mix ratio to your client or your inspector. - 5What exactly comes with the machine, and what costs extra?
Get the included-parts list in writing before you compare prices. Ours ships 17 items free, including filters, hoses, fuses, the cement hopper and an on-board hydraulic pressure washer. - 6What is the discharge height, and can the cab rotate?
Discharge height is 2,100–2,350 mm depending on model. On Synchronized Rotary models the cab turns with the drum through 180° (90° left and right), so you can pour where you can see and drive straight out of a site you cannot reverse out of. - 7Which engine, and is an upgrade available?
Yuchai turbocharged diesel is standard across the range, matched to model size. Cummins 4BTA3.9-C125-II (93 kW) is available on request. Ask which emission standard the fitted engine meets for your market. - 8Which documents will I receive for import and registration?
You need RCEP Form E certificates of origin for preferential ASEAN duty, plus commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. For Vietnam, the unit must satisfy QCVN 19:2024/BTNMT on industrial emissions and pass đăng kiểm for road registration — ask your supplier to confirm the conformity file up front. - 9What does part support look like after delivery?
Ask for lead times on filters, hydraulic pumps and motors, and whether the supplier stocks consumables for your model. Ongoing support matters more than the first price. - 10Can I see the machine running before I pay?
Ask for live video, a factory tour, or third-party inspection before dispatch. We offer all three — and we photograph the loading sequence before the container doors are sealed.
