Self-Loading Concrete Mixers in Senegal

Dakar is the gateway to a very large hinterland: Senegal itself, Mali, Mauritania and Guinea. Contractors here need machines that work on sand, on laterite and on roads that are only paved in the dry season — and that can be serviced without a dealer network.

Why contractors here choose a self-loading mixer

Laterite and sand demand a simple, mechanical machine

Laterite roads are abrasive and the dust finds every electrical connector. The range uses mechanical engines, hydraulic controls and sealed bearings, with no proprietary electronics in the mixing circuit. A local mechanic with standard tools can service it.

One container, one machine, nothing dismantled at the port

Every unit ships in a single 40 foot high-cube container: cab, hopper and discharge chute removed and secured inside, drum wrapped and loaded last, chassis blocked on timber. Nothing is loose, so nothing is lost between Dakar and the job site.

The machine doubles as transport in the rainy season

When the site road floods, a mixer truck cannot reach the pour. A self-loading unit loads aggregate from a stockpile nearer the road and carries the mixed concrete the last kilometre on its own chassis.

Ports, container and lead time

Dakar — one machine, one container

We ship to Dakar. Every unit leaves Xuzhou in a single 40 foot high-cube container with the cab, hopper and discharge chute dismantled and secured inside, so the machine arrives complete and nothing travels loose.

Production takes 15 to 20 working days after the deposit and the specification are confirmed. Ocean transit is added on top and depends on the sailing you book.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Which port do you use for Senegal?

Dakar. It is a direct call on the main West Africa services and accepts 40 foot high-cube containers without restriction.

Can the machine be used for transit cargo to Mali or Mauritania?

Yes. The export documents are issued for the final destination you declare, so the container can move under transit to Bamako or Nouakchott. Tell us the final country when you order — the certificate of origin and the invoice must match it.

What about spare parts?

Filters, brake linings, hydraulic hoses and seals are standard catalogue items. We can ship a recommended one-year spare kit inside the same container, and we air-freight single parts afterwards.

How long does assembly take on arrival?

The machine arrives with the cab, hopper and chute to be refitted by two mechanics using the assembly drawings we supply. No welding and no special tooling.

Next step

Tell us whether the machine stays in Senegal or moves on to Mali or Mauritania, and the volume you pour per day. We will quote the model with freight to Dakar.
