Self-Loading Concrete Mixers in Algeria

Algeria builds in two very different geographies: dense coastal towns where the access road is often no wider than the house fronts, and open southern projects where the nearest batching plant is an hour away. A self-loading mixer answers both the same way — it loads its own aggregate, mixes on the move and pours where the truck stops.

Why contractors here choose a self-loading mixer

The access road decides the machine, not the project size

On village roads and housing plots around Alger, Blida and Constantine the useful width is frequently 3.0 to 3.5 m. A standard 6 m³ truck mixer needs roughly 6 m and a pump needs a second vehicle and a clear standing area. The LM-S2600 is 2,800 mm wide and turns into the plot instead of stopping at the gate.

Scattered plots make a fixed plant uneconomic

Housing programmes and small private developments are spread across several communes. Moving a batching plant between them costs a low-bed and a day of assembly. One mixer that travels loaded, pours and returns is the cheaper pattern up to roughly 200 m³ a day.

One machine, one operator, three jobs

The loader arm, the drum and the truck are one unit. There is no wheel loader, no second driver and no waiting for a delivery. On sites where labour is scarce or the gate is single-lane, that is usually the deciding factor.

Ports, container and lead time

Algiers, Oran, Djen Djen, Skikda, Bejaia — one machine, one container

We ship to Algiers, Oran, Djen Djen, Skikda, Bejaia. Every unit leaves Xuzhou in a single 40 foot high-cube container with the cab, hopper and discharge chute dismantled and secured inside, so the machine arrives complete and nothing travels loose.

Production takes 15 to 20 working days after the deposit and the specification are confirmed. Ocean transit is added on top and depends on the sailing you book.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before ordering

How wide is a self-loading mixer, and will it fit my site road?

The 2.6 m³ LM-S2600 is 2,800 mm wide; the 3.5 m³ LM-A3500 is 2,900 mm. If the narrowest point on your access road is under 3.2 m, take the 2.6 m³ model — it is the only one in the range that passes comfortably.

Can the machine work with local diesel and local operators?

Yes. The engines are mechanical and are serviced with standard filters available in Algeria. Controls are hydraulic and marked in French and English. No proprietary diagnostic tool is needed for daily maintenance.

Which ports do you ship to in Algeria?

Algiers, Oran, Djen Djen, Skikda and Bejaia. Each machine travels in one 40 foot high-cube container, dismantled in parts, and is reassembled at your yard.

What documents come with the container?

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and the declaration your customs broker asks for. The set is prepared in Xuzhou before the container is sealed, so the file is complete when the vessel arrives.

Next step

Tell us the narrowest access road on your sites and the cubic metres you pour in a day. That is enough to name the model — and to quote it with freight to your port.
